    • 24/7 Convenience Store (3,000 sq. ft., Shell branded)

• Fuel Station Installation:

  • Shell fuel station with 4 pump islands, compliant with all petroleum safety standards

• Exterior Finishing & Landscaping:

  • Paving, sidewalks, exterior lighting, signage, and landscaping to enhance visibility and accessibility
